APIs
As an API-first company, we make all our software functions available as APIs. This allows our customers to seamlessly integrate IAZI solutions into their own systems. Our APIs offer maximum flexibility, enabling you to utilize all data and functions according to your specific needs.
Our Address Validation API provides a powerful solution for the efficient verification and geocoding of address data. This service is based on a comprehensive address database, which is obtained from various public sources and regularly updated. In addition to standardizing and geolocating addresses, the service offers a wide range of additional features for general and highly specific use cases related to address data and geo-coordinates.
Our digital twin of the real estate world provides an ideal starting point to automatically enrich property information. Based on an address or other identifiers, a comprehensive set of attributes can be added. The data comes from a variety of public sources that are harmonized, consolidated, and quality-checked.
Our Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) stand out through their high transparency and an unmatched data foundation. The valuation models are categorized by target variable and property type. Among other things, models for price and rent estimates, discount rates, CO2 emissions, and new building values are available.
You can seamlessly export IAZI valuation data from the valuation application into your primary systems. Duplicate entries and the resulting inconsistencies can be efficiently prevented.
Our Micro API provides detailed information about the immediate surroundings of an address, including an assessment of the location’s quality based on the property type. Additionally, various data points such as noise emissions and points of interest (POIs) are available, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of the surrounding area of your properties.
Our Macro API delivers all real estate-relevant data at different geographical levels, such as municipalities, districts, or cantons. The information includes spatial divisions, location quality ratings, and other factors such as demographics, real estate inventory, taxes, infrastructure, or price and rental statistics.
