As part of the valuation process, there is also the option of having the properties valued using different methods.

The web app Nearest Neighbour provides precise key figures for returns and costs in a specific category for properties based in close proximity. With its user-friendly interface, the app makes it possible to easily collect data at a specific address and displays relevant key figures. To present the data clearly, a PDF report can be generated.
