With the IAZI Rent Report, in addition to the flexible rental analysis, we offer a standardised portfolio analysis for residential properties in an interactive dashboard, which can be adapted to your corporate design. Rents are compared with IAZI existing and market rents, taking into account all relevant property and location characteristics. It is thus possible to assess whether an overrent or underrent exists for each individual apartment.
